Super Bowl LX wasn't a football game with AI ads — it was a full-scale AI demonstration. 23% of ads sold AI, the NFL used AI to track every play, and a deepfake scam fooled 200K viewers in real time. Here's everything you missed. 👇

While 130 million people watched the Seahawks demolish the Patriots, a fake AI-generated "Fox News" Super Bowl livestream was the top result on YouTube — and 200,000 people were watching it live. 🤯

The deepfake featured a fabricated Trump promoting a crypto "double your money" giveaway. No AI disclosure. No content warning. Just a perfectly manufactured broadcast designed to steal money during America's biggest shared viewing moment.

And that was just the most dangerous way AI showed up last night.

🚨 The Scam That Should Scare You

Here's what went down:

🔴 Scammers created a pixel-perfect fake Fox News livestream on YouTube

🔴 It featured a deepfake Trump promising to "double" crypto donations

🔴 It hit 200K concurrent viewers — the first result when you searched "Super Bowl" on YouTube

🔴 Zero AI labels. Zero warnings. YouTube didn't catch it before it went viral.

🔴 Viewers had no way to tell it was fake just by looking at it

This isn't theoretical anymore. AI scams aren't hiding in your spam folder — they're showing up as the #1 search result during the most-watched broadcast of the year. 😳

🏈 The AI You Didn't Notice

While you were debating commercials, AI was quietly running the entire production:

📡 Sony's Hawk-Eye AI tracked ball placement with 6 ultra-HD cameras and computer vision — tech that could replace the chain gang forever

🤖 The NFL's Digital Athlete program (built with AWS) helped teams avoid ~700 missed player-games by predicting injuries before they happen

🎥 147 cameras including AI-powered drones selected your replays algorithmically

📊 An estimated 75% of NFL teams now use AI in weekly game prep

🧠 The league's AI injury prediction system is so good it's basically a $23 billion insurance policy

💰 The Ad War That Got VERY Personal

AI companies accounted for 23% of all Super Bowl ads. Tech spending was double the infamous 2022 "Crypto Bowl." At $8-10M per 30-second spot, here's what went down:

⚔️ Anthropic ran ads titled "Betrayal," "Deception," and "Treachery" — directly attacking OpenAI for putting ads in ChatGPT

🔥 Sam Altman fired back on X, calling the campaign "dishonest" and accusing Anthropic of serving "an expensive product to rich people"

🤯 Plot twist: these two companies were founded by the same people. Now they're spending tens of millions fighting on the world's biggest stage.

🍸 Svedka ran the first "primarily AI-generated" national Super Bowl ad ever — 4 months of AI training to animate a robot dancing to "Super Freak"

😤 Fans were sick of AI ads before Q1 even ended — one tweet summed it up: "Oh, the 54th AI commercial. Neat."

You are an AI media analyst. I just watched [EVENT/BROADCAST].
Break down every way AI was involved that I probably didn't
notice — from production tech to advertising to potential scams
or manipulated content. Include what I should verify myself and
what red flags to watch for in future live broadcasts.
Format: Behind the Scenes | The Ad Game | Watch Out For This

2022 had the Crypto Bowl. 2026 gave us the AI Bowl. But here's the difference — crypto ads just lost people money after the game. This time, AI was stealing it during the broadcast, in real time, from the top of YouTube's search results. And nobody stopped it. 🎤⬇️
