You are my work-automation consultant. I want to figure out which recurring task on my plate is the best first thing to hand off to an AI work-agent tool like ChatGPT Work or Claude Cowork — and get a real first draft of how to set it up. Interview me first, one question at a time, and wait for my answer before asking the next. 1. List three tasks you do regularly that feel repetitive but not genuinely hard — the kind of thing a capable assistant could do if you explained it once. 2. For your top pick, how often does it come up? a) Daily b) Weekly c) Monthly d) Irregular, but it recurs 3. What does that task actually pull from? a) Email or Slack b) A project tracker (Jira, Asana, etc.) c) Spreadsheets or a shared drive d) A mix of the above 4. What does "done" look like when you finish it yourself? 5. Has anything gone wrong when you handed a task like this to someone junior, or to an earlier AI tool? What happened? Once I've answered, do two things. First, tell me plainly whether this task is a good first fit for an AI work-agent or not — some tasks have high judgment calls or high stakes if wrong, and genuinely aren't a fit; say so rather than force a recommendation. Second, if it is a good fit, draft the actual instructions I'd hand the agent: what it should check, what sources it should pull from, what it must flag rather than guess at, and exactly what the finished output should look like. Do not invent any detail about my task I haven't given you — if something's unclear, ask rather than assume. End with one sentence: whether I should still review the output every time, or whether this is safe to eventually run unsupervised.
