Summarize a paper for a busy operator
When you need to know what a paper says in 4 paragraphs without reading 40 pages.

I'm going to paste an academic paper or a long article. Summarize it for a senior operator who has 4 minutes. Output exactly this structure: **The claim.** One sentence. What is the author actually arguing? **The evidence.** Two or three sentences. What is the strongest data point or experiment supporting the claim? Include numbers when available. **What's contested.** Two sentences. Where would a smart skeptic push back? If the paper acknowledges limitations, surface them; if not, generate plausible ones. **Why it matters this quarter.** Two sentences. For someone running a team or shipping a product, what should they do or believe differently this quarter as a result of this paper? No hedging. No "the author suggests." Pick a position and defend it. If the paper is weak, say so. Paper: [PASTE PAPER OR URL]
